  • 3 – 4 Carrots
  • 1 Leak
  • 1 Apple
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 giant piece of ginger
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1/3 cup coconut cream
  • 4 cups of water
  • salt
  • miso
  • honey
  • rosemary fresh herbs
  • tumeric
  • chili powder
  • cumin
  • paprika
