Welcome to the (vegan) word on the street. My wish is to illuminate the vegetarian culture in Colorado that I grew up with. There are many vegetarians here and may enjoy a newsletter made just for them.
Vegetarian restaurants abound across this colorful state and I hope to visit each and every one. There are also farmer’s markets, events, and creek festivals. I will post menus, impressions, videos and pictures to show you the color of Colorado.
