Air fried Potatoes

I bought this air fryer and discovered it is limitless. I cook these small gold potatoes on 385 for 12 minutes. I pre-season them the same as the Fiesta veggies. A tsp of olive oil, a Tbs of soy sauce and 2 pinches of the bean spice(click here). See the full recipe for bean spice on the Fiesta veggies page. These are a fantastic soft taco filler and french fry replacement. They are delightfully delicious and exceed expectations.
