Breakfast

Put a cup of old fashioned oats in a bowl. add 2 tbs. of raisins. Add chia seeds and top off with enough water to cover all the ingredients well. Soak overnight.
In the morning drain. Chop bananas, add in the mix. Add blueberries and strawberries and sunflowers seeds or chopped walnuts. Add a splash of almond milk to complete and serve
